this one is more accurate. IT addresses the fact that the person killed was a criminal. In the other thread they were labeled an innocent pebble throwing tyke
 
This remind me of the crazy woman with a shotgun who threatened police. Or as some like to call the story "Woman shot dead by police after refusing to take census."

You don't know that you asshole. The dead kid might not have thrown any rocks, and he was hiding in his homeland when the officers tresspassed to kill him.
 
The kid was hiding for his own safety in MEXICO when he was shot in the head.

to be honest, i doubt mexican made bullets will even make it over the rio grande
