i have this same problem..
I changed my user name and used more than 10 characters in the user name and now stuck in boot loop.
Also im using a vx11000 env touch.
Can someone help please or direct me where i should post to get the help..
I cant get the phone to stop looping to anything.
phone worked fine w/ internet but it stopped working so i tried to change my user name under "##program110000" now in stuck in boot loop......

Ive got the programs and drivers...
i installed the drivers and when its in bootloader mode...
I hear the ding and under USB Controllers it says
"LGE CDMA Modem Diagnostic Serial Port" That lights up but says no divers
And under "Ports (COM & LPT) it says
"LGE CDMA USB SERIAL PORT (COM9) Thats not lit up


Bitpim and LGNPST both see the ports when the phones not in bootloader mode but it blinks in and out before i can connect
QPST see the as
port "9" as USB/QC dignostic
port "6" as USB/QC Data Modem
But both always say no phone
 
you will have to get the dll for the touch then you will need bin and scr load in emergency mode exact same concept as the 9700
 
I pretty much understand and i have the 9700 files but how do i get the phone to connect to a program if it keep looping
 
Get the phone itself into emergency mode. I am not so sure how to do that on an 11000

I have had luck with 5+the power key on most LG hanRABets.
 
If you are using LG Download, click on the emergency mode button there. Load up the bin and choose the correct dll. You should be good to go then.
 
the problem i getting is while the phone loops the port also seems to open and close too.
And while in "Bootloader" mode the port is also closed... am i milssing something?
 
ok... after getting the phone into bootloader mode and connecting it to lgnpst in emergency download mode, how do I use the .bin and .scr for anything, when it only asks for the .dll and the phonebook recovery file, .csv???
 
How to fix? Grab another EnV touch. Load the filesystem off of it, right click fileDB, hit overwrite, but dont choose a file yet. switch to bricked env touch, wait 10 seconRAB, and overwrite the file. If it doesnt work, try again fast, again and a again before it resets the entire filesystem.
 
ok im gonna help u guys out by tellin u theres nothing u can do . hahahaha na i had this same problem just besure to get a fileDB and put it in a directory browser/settings and filedb will be presented in here should now send to archieves and ZIP it not rar and be sure i said be SURE to name the FILE Root.zip and now as ur phone bootloops time it and restore that file and your phone will boot as it restores should take 5 seconRAB or so
