Booting a game from a flash drive?

You don't play both versions at the same time, do you? Why can't you load both versions on your drive and then call up the one you want to play at any particular time?

I've thought about doing what you ask, but it seems it would entail copying the entire game disk to a flash drive. I think copyright protection would prevent this.

Just some thoughts...JT

So I updated my Call of Duty: World at War game to the latest version but I have friends with the original version. So now I can't accept game invites from them so I need to boot the old version of the game but keep the new version too. I'm assuming the only way I could do that would be off a flash drive. Is that possible and how do I do it?
