Boot Camps for a young boy that is 11 and out of control?

ok so i have a 11 yr old nephew and he is out of control his mother has tried everything the last resort is a boot camp does anyone know anything about boot camps here in washington state or info on a place that takes kids that are not teens yet if anyone knows anythng it would be greatly helpful thank you
 
Yes there are boot camps. I know a guy from Florida who sent his son to a boot camp in Washington. I would call your local police department non emergency line and ask them for information.
