I Just need a little help trying to solve this issue.. I've applied all my knowledge to it.. but it's just giving me a headache!

When I use the drivers that come bundled with Windows 7 for my audio (High Definition Audio Device)... I get audio through my headphone jack and not through my internal speakers.. That's no problem.. I NEED it through my headphone jack... the problem is.. IT'S SO QUIET I CAN'T HEAR IT!

All volume sliders are up full, I've checked EVERYWHERE for a solution.. I've come to the conclusion that Windows is convinced that I have headphones plugged in and is automatically limiting it (trying to be helpful) by lowering the volume.

Now, I'll install the official drivers from Boot Camp Leopard CD.. still no luck.. actually instead, I get audio from the iMac's speakers and NOT the headphone jack.. in fact.. the Realtek software see's the headphones being plugged in as a Line-in!.. We all know that's not right.. and there is NO WAY I can alter it!

I've tried the latest drivers.. I've reinstalled.. EVERYTHING! NO LUCK! I NEED this to work! :(

HELP PLEASE!

It worked fine in Windows XP & Windows Vista (had a few issues with volume limits initially but resolution is not apparent in Windows 7)
