boot/basic aside, is army infantry worse than marine infantry after advanced

infantry school? I know that boot camp is considered tougher than army basic, but when marines and soldiers are both going into the same combat MOS of infantry, after they go through infantry school is your average marine still a better shooter, attacker and infantryman than an average soldier? I feel like all infantry from the united states should perform well no matter what, right?
