well i turboed my d16z6 in my 95 civic ex coupe and id average about 22-25 mpg and since the boost im averaging about 16-17, its on a stock motor and its a .57 t3t4 on 5psi with rc 440 and fuel management was on crome on a street tune, can it be that the tuner didnt tune very well in vaccum? the car is mostly in vaccum unles i step on it im fully spooled at 4000rpm.
