boost plus or ensure plus for weight gain?

im trying to gain 30 pounds in about 2 months ( my goal anyways)

i heard boost plus and ensure plus help gain weight.

Im planning on drinking 2 a day, one in the morning, and one at night. Which one is better boost plus or ensure plus?

and if you have any experiences please share!
