I signed up with Boost Mobile, on the 21st of this month. I personally got the Sanyo Juno and everything was working just fine until today. Now it won't let me access the web browser on my phone it comes with an error saying my plan does not support this, or I have a low account balance. Well I'm on the 50$ unlimited talk, text, and web plan and my next payment isn't due until the 21st of March. So I know that is not the vaild reason to get on the web. I tried shutting on my phone, for an hour and then turning it back on and it still says the same thing. I called customer service for tech support and they were really friendly, and they said it would take 24 hours for someone to contact me with instructions on how to fix it. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issues? How did you resolve them?
