Looking in streamlining my cellphone plan, and have been looking into Boost. The price seems right for the service plans, but hows the service and coverage area (I'm in Charlotte, NC)? Also looking for a good basic phone - just looking for recommendations.
(All would use it for is the phone/text/email (maybe) /and facebook - maybe in a blue moon the internet)

- Want to be able so sync with Outlook and back up contact on my computer
If the service sucks, would it be easy to switch? (and would the phone be transferable?)
