Booky Wook to be a film?

can anyone who has read this really see it as a movie?
the book is excellent (although nowhere near as amusing as I expected it to be) - I think it might perhaps go down a similar route to "Private Parts" starring Howard Stern.

It certainly could be interesting. I love Russell and i'm still reading the book.
I'll be waiting to see how they go about this.

He can't film now because he is shooting "bedtime stories" in LA with adam sandler.
