Books that really captured your attention?

I just started reading A Certain Slant of Light yesterday night, I was reading The Truth About Forever but at the moment a certain slant has my attention more than Sarah Dessen's book. I want to find The Tracey Fragments and The Lost City soon. So what about you?
 
OMG!LOL! I was just about to suggest A Certain Slant of Light!

Dreamland by Sarah Dessen, Go Ask Alice by Anonymous, The Pianist, Night by Elie Weisel- pretty much any Holocaust book, Paper Towns, A Child Called It by David Pelzer by John Green, and maybe the Vampire Academy books, Twilight Saga, the last summer (of you & me), The Host, and The Hunger Games
