Books, Authors, Can I Use This Character?

My book is commercial fiction/crime and the characters are drug dealers. There's a character who's a small time arms dealer who may possibly double as a minister( but it's not etched in stone yet). I've considered calling him White Al Sharpton. His first name would be "white", middle name "Al", and last name "Sharpton". And of course, he would be white. If I make "white" his first name, would I be able to get away with using that name?

Also, he doesn't have to be a minister, but I thought it would add another dimension to his character.

Is there any way I would be able to use the name at all without being sued?

This is not a joke question; I'm serious here:D

Thanks in advance for your responses!

Since ol Al is ALWAYS trying to sue someone or stir up trouble, I'd suggest you come up with another name.
