Booking Question Please help !!?

Hey do you still get booked aka finger print and picture mug shot taken if you have arrest warrant out for your arrest and you turn yourself in with a lawyer? Or can you escape that process if you have a lawyer present at that time when you turn yourself in with your lawyer? So you have escaped the whole process of finger prints and mug shot and no police record. Any help would be appreciated. For misdemeanor charges of 1st degree.
 
Turning yourself in through your lawyer merely means that your lawyer escorts you to the jail. Once you arrive there, you are still taken into custody, booked, fingerprinted, have your mugshot taken, and processed. Having your attorney present merely allows him the opportunity to be working on your bail, bond, or O.R. release from jail while you are being processed.
Meanwhile, if you have an arrest warrant and charges filed against you, you already have a police record.
 
You will be booked no matter what as long as you are still being charged, If found innocent, you have the right to recover your booking prints etc..having a lawyer with you has its advantages 1) It Looks Good! 2) You dont have To wait For One! 3) Protection from the cops interrogation!
