Book Recommendations?

I'm just about to go to the library, I have a few books I'm in search of, but they're not like massively popular, and my library is rather small, so I need a few recommendations of books that they're likely to have!

I like quite a lot of things really, I haven't read that much lately, and I'm trying to get myself back into reading properly again!
Ha I do enjoy Harry Potter! But I've already read them all!
 
i read "elsewhere" and it was amazing! also the memory keepers daughter, the kiterunner, the morning gift, and two way street, this lullaby, and reincarnation
 
I'm told that Mercury in Retrograde is a good book. Chick lit but with an intelligent humor.
 
Every summer I like to read one literature classic. Last summer it was Robinson Crusoe. This summer I think it will be Silas Marner. When you pick up the classics you see why they are long lived compared to the contemporary junk today that is written to make dollars. Do you like mystery, try Poe or Hitchcock. Drama, try Hawthorne, Melville. Romance and personal challenge, Jane Austin. History? Natural science? Biography? There are so many things our there. Roam the shelves and just see what catches your eye and interest.
