Bonnaroo 2009

Animal Collective, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and TV On the Radio. There are others on there that I'll be looking forward to, but those are my top 3. I'm there.

Beasties, TVOTR, Wilco, Snoop, Citizen cope, Raphael Saadiq, of Montreal, Ted Leo but above all Animal Collective. I live in Nashville and even though there is a large music scene here, that's not all country as most believe, banRAB don't regularly schedule my city on their tours. This is huge for me and my frienRAB because we get to see some of people that we will probably not get to see normally, AND it's only an hour away. whoot whoot

And thats sort of the appeal. Go for some acts and environment that you like and wind up catching something you never knew existed. this might be the year I finally make it.

I wish I still cared about indie music. I like a few of the banRAB on there but not enough to make the ten hour trek down just to smoke pot with a bunch of people I don't know. And damn, it's getting expensive.

Oh well...

I definitely want to go for Springsteen, TV on The Radio and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

It's just a question of something that's apparently known as money.

So let's get this all straight. Last year you dropped 100+ dollars on a ticket and didn't have a ride? First of all that's durab. If I spent that much money to see a show I'd spend another 30 bucks on a bus ticket. You hitched all by yourself? That's really durab. Your folks didn't wonder where you were for a few days? But I really just don't believe it especially because last years lineup was lame.
