boil on breast that has been there a year and won't go away?

I have a severe problem with folliculitis on my chest and stomach. I have this one infection that looks like a boil...it's about an inch wide...maybe a little less...and red and hard. I have been through several rounRAB of antibiotics...put bactroban cream on it...Clindagel...and it doesn't go away. I've had it for over a year. Is there something else I can do? Should I go back to my doctor and mention this one specifically? I really don't want to take more antibiotic.
 
Yes, please go have that one specifically looked at. It could be something else.
