Well, this is the SECOND bill that the House has PASSED, with bipartisan support, and odRAB are, like the first one, Reid will NOT allow it come to a vote. This one with a Balanced Budget Constitutional Amendment (for a LONG TERM fix).

Reid's FIRST bill is expected to get a vote on Sunday. It is unknown if that one will pass or not.

So who are the real obstructionists who are playing partisan politics here? That's right, it's the DEMOCRATS!
