Bodyweight squats/dumbbell swings results?

I'm 5"7 and 138lbs wanting to lose the last few lbs, stripping off fat to reveal leg muscle i.e. tone up.

I don't have access to a gym.

Will doing tabata squats, wall chair exercise, hold squats and dumbbell swings be suitable to build minimal muscle but allow for a toned appearance?

I'm also eating appropriately and lose 1-3lbs a week.

Any other leg exercises you could recommended that don't require heavyweights please feel free to mention.
