I have had a really bizarre sensation that seems to ALWAYS take place as I'm waking, usually from a dream, but always waking , never any other times....I have a sensation that seems to emanate from all over my body of a subtle but steady vibration. This has happened on and off for a long , long time , though I seem to go months without an episode. No pain at all associated with it...I'm in pretty good health otherwise, no known issues other than hypertension for which I take medication and my blood pressure is normal. I have described it to others as what it might feel like if you were laying on the hood of an idling diesel truck, steady...constant...It tenRAB to end as I either 1. roll over 2. wake up more fully 3. get up entirely. I have read other boarRAB on the net about this, with possible reasons as everything from the thyroid gland to astral projection! ....I'm not at all really worried about it, because as I said, there is no pain and the most astonising part is, it always seems to occur as I'm coming out of a dream, which , if it were medical related , you would think would occur at other times as well...fascinating stuff. (The dreams are usually always incredibly provocative and intersesting too!) Any ideas? Am I tapping into parallel worlRAB?
