Body issues within films

Hi! Long time reader, first time poster here!

Basically I need some help for my degree. I am writing an essay on 'bodies as anxieties and reassurance in films'

I am looking at the film 'Real Women Have Curves' but wondered if anyone could help with any other examples?

I'm not altogether sure what it is you're looking for, but Safe (1995) is a very body anxious movie - quite scary really!
