Got a friend who's very skinny, but he's got an awesome attitude. Whats the best way he should go about building the upper body ? I'm good at guiding the heavier ones to a good body, but this one, have no clue.
He needs to work on his arms, they're very thin. And his shoulder and abs need working on too. He has a thin torso.
He doesn have chicken legs, so lower body's not a prob at all.
Some serious advice folks..
Starting with weight gain - How exactly to do this, and start with working out simultaneously ?
And what exercises are the best for this type of a body ?
