Bob hairstyle help....picture of me with the bob style included?

I had posted this before but it got deleted by mistake. I have the picture of me with my bob hairstyle and was wondering what should I do with it. I'm not crazy about what it looks like anymore. There is a chunk in the back of my head where it's shorter that looks like a rats tail on a mans head. The hairstylist messed up and I want something done to make it look nicer. I'm 23 and I feel like I'm in my late 40s.
