Board Recustomization

Oh, whoah - I remember I lost about 500 posts (because like Scythe, it was a time when I lived here and had no life outside of FF!) :lol:, but if I'd lost my account I would have been pretty upset. Somehow, though, I'm sure you took it all in stride, you're such a sweetie.
 
I know I've said it several times but I really do have faith in the fact that you all will do a fantastic job, especially as the current group of mods, graphic team members, and PTBs are a wonderful collection of people. I was just surprised, and as I said elsewhere, I'm not so good with surprises. *lol*

I was pondering this last night and came up with a couple of people I'd like to see in the new banner based on their contributions to the modern film industry (although I'd also like to see one classic film star still included, albeit different from the ones currently shown - perhaps a woman?):

Reese Witherspoon
Johnny Depp
(Both of the above based on their popularity but also their box office contributions. These two are box office gold right now.)

Someone from the indie film scene like Steve Buscemi, Philip Seymour Hoffman (who's no longer straight indie), Kevin Smith, Parker Posey...someone like that

And as I said, a classic film icon...someone unusual which would be playful and fun...

And on a personal note I'd like to see at least one person of color, but preferably not Denzel Washington or Hale Berry (not that I don't like them, it's just a bit cliche, and ethnic diversity doesn't have to be limited to African-Americans, although again, I'd personally like that. How about someone like Michelle Yeoh?)

I like it. Not sure if I like it better than the old one...but I do like it. :)

It does look very similar to the Sport Board though.
 
Oh, I like QaF colours right now, Do I'd completely die of happiness if we get that colour on the Jake Board, when it gets customized.

Yes yes! My board is dying to have a new look so remember about us the next time *is shameless but whatever* :lol: Though we might be a bit difficult too since we like the black background as well :lol:
 
Oh I remember when that happened. I actually lost my own account and had to start all over. Even had to make an new account.

I love being at home! I have a very close family and everything at home is so much easier. I feel like I can't stay at home forever though, but I don't like it when I'm miles away at University. :(
