i have last years intense podium frame and im having problemes with my sinz crank and bottom bracket my left crank arm keeps coming loose no matter how much i tighten it and my bottom bracket has a lag in it and i dont know how to fix it any suggestions on what to do? and my back tire is developing a whole where the tire is getting worn down what might be causing this to occur? how can i prevent it and my brakes are rubbing a little i can move to the left a little and there fine until i hit the brake again then there rubbing, please help please!?!?!?!
