I'm planning on buying one few months from now, (I still have to earn for it) and I'm confused whether to buy a BMX, or a MTB. I wanted to buy a wave board but people said it's not safe..
I race a lot with my buddies and sometimes, I just cruise around.
Observations:
Mountain Bike - sometimes when I'm at full speed, the pedal stops working an will work again after few seconds, plus I think it's hard to modify/decorate/personalize it. But I kinda like cruising with it and I win races with it sometimes.
BMX- Mine is good, I can ride it at any speed but mine is now too small for me, my knee now hits the bar. I'm 5'3. Does BMX bikes vary in different sizes? Plus I think it's easier to personalize.
So if you are going to buy a bike, which of the two would you choose? and why? Plus which of the two is more expensive?
