im planning on painting my bike with those cheap colorplace cans from walmart, can i go ahead and start spraying the frame with white primer? or do i have to sand the frame down first?, after i have the primer on im hitting it with a matte black or flat black(both are the same right?) is there anything i need to spray on after i have the black finished?
