Okay so when i was hitting this step up on friday I bar spun and landed really hard on my front end of my bike when it hit it sounded like a metal bar hitting another metal bar i've done this twice since. I have a inter grated headset. Could that be it i check everything like I normally do before and after riding and nothing was lose could it be my handle bars being to lose or maybe I need to re do my headset? please help!!!
