BMW 525i 2007 VS ACURA TSX 2009?

ok so iam really confused now. I went to see both cars and i liked both of them. the Acura looked hellla nice ! specially the interior of the car was really fancy and attractive. both of them are in the same price range. so what do you think guys!
should i go for the acura or the beamer ?
the beamer has all the features except the navigation system which isnt that important to me and it is really clean and has only 17k miles on it.
