bluetooth/wi-fi on my laptop?

Ok, my laptop is a lenovo s10, and when i got it it says it has bluetooth along with a wi-fi button, so i want to know how i can access the bluetooth and connect it to my cell phone :D
well, i turned on the wi-fi button and tried to find my laptop's SSID on my cellphone but it didn't show up :(
 
open both bluetooths.
go to ur phone bluetooth and add your pc to ur cell phone on (my devices).
The you can remote the mouse by u r phone and many other things
