Bluetooth, Web Cam, Speakerphone

Hi there;

We do a fair amount of video conferencing where I work. Our normal setup is use the internet link to netmeeting and share display and use a different set up for video and conference call for audio.

This is bulky and only available in some rooms.
I am looking for a cell phone that I could put on the desk facing me (flip format would do this best) use the camera on the cell phone and connect it to my computer through bluetooth as a web cam while I use the speaker phone feature to dial out our conf center.

What phone would do that?

I am in Canada with Rogers/AT&T
 
actually alot of motorola phones work with using it as a webcam, but you have to screw around with the phone and computer settings,download software etc...nokia series60 works as well, try the nokia

When you say "screw around with .....setting....."
Is there a link out there that would guide me further?
