i cant turn on my bluetooth at all, let alone open the settings for my bluetooth(yes i have bluetooth, there's an LED on my laptop that has the bluetooth icon) and my laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1420, Intel Pentium Dual Core, 80GB hard drive.(idk if that is necessary but o well, it helps)
