I had bluetooth on my laptop (built in) but my laptop got a virus and then I sent it in, they removed everything from my laptop and format it but now I have it back I don't have bluetooth on my PC. I have the bluetooth device still in my pc but I don't have the program or so on my laptop. So what should I do? I don't want to take it back to the people.

I still have the CD's that came with laptop but to scared if I put the cd in my laptop it will format or something.

there's the CD's I got
- HEL80/81 DRIVER CD USER"S MANUAL
- Windows XP professional SP 2
- FlyTV Express Mini DVB-T Hybrid
- Nero OEM suite
- Cyberlink PowerDVD
- Microsoft Office Basic Edition

Thank you in advance!

Don't be afraid of using you original disks. Open the drivers manual and take the directions. If the drivers are on the CD just load them but go to the web site for the latest updates. If the instructions lead you to a download site you will automatically get the latest.

A built-in hardware? You gotta fetch the separate driver software from whoever's website, whoever means the company that made your laptop.

At least that is how I had to do with the Bluetooth on my HP laptop, it was an off-lease with nothing else but the power adapter and they did not install Bluetooth driver all these times.
