My bluetooth refuses to charge. When I look inside, the little port that you put the charger into seems lopsided, and really loose. The charger will barely stay in when I put it into the bluetooth. The blue light doesnt stay on which means its charging.. does anyone know the problem? there aren't any screws to tighten or anything so I dont know how to fix it.
