Bluetooth for windows xp?

I want bluetooth on my computer and i can't find a bluetooth download. Just like some help or a link plez!
 
you need a bluetooth dongle to do that. It's not a download. You can get one for like $20 on Amazon. Don't go for the $0.99 ones. Shipping is more than the product! :)
