The best bluetooth out right now is the Jawbone Icon.
They actually have some apps you can install on your iphone that will show you battery level, give you some "hot button" choices etc. You can also customize the earpiece with a choice of different voices, upgrade firmware etc. over the internet. It also has, by far, the *best* noise cancellation technology of any headset on the market. (and it's also "relatively" expensive at $99)
The link posted by the poster above, recommending the apple set) is WAY outdated... the Aliph Jawbone "Noise Shield" was the first jawbone, it has since gone through 3 further refinements and improvements over the past few years, the jawbone 2, the Jawbone Prime, and now the Jawbone Icon, each has been a great improvement over the previous model, and YET even 3 years ago they were a top contender with their first model !!)
