Bluetooth enabled Laptop?

When I first got my laptop it said it was bluetooth enabled
but every time I press the bluetooth button it says no device and when
I try to add a device there's no Bluetooth accessibility center ANYWHERE!!
 
your laptop might just be bluetooth compatible(but the card isnt installed), or try upgrading your drivers(from the man. website)
