Bluetooth doesn't work !!?

I have a Nokia n95. I am able to receive mp3s, videos and stuff from another phones but when i try to send from my phone it doesn't work. It just says sending failed??
I want to get a bluetooth for my PC to transfer data from my cell to pc and vice versa. Will it work?? HELP !!
How can I FIX it??
 
I'd love to help darlin' but I honestly have no idea - my servants make all my calls. Do the instructions say? Perhaps try their website?
