Bluetooth Disconnected?

I had a problem with my system had to restart my system from the beginning and now I'm trying to connect via ethernet connection I can't because the bluetooth is disconnected. It's already enabled but it's just disconnected. I ipconfig my system and the wireless is working just fine but it's just the bluetooth that's driving me crazy. I tried updating the drives but the system is not allowing me to do so.

What can I do fix these problems?
