Bluetooth audio from phone to car stereo?

This has suprised me! I have the phone, the car, the radio (with tape), a jack to cassette converter but the problem is the phone needs power! I cannot power the phone AND connect it to the audio! (audio and power slots are same slot)

I want a bluetooth receiver that has a small jack output so i can use the jack input to the car stereo... I cant find any cheap.. i found th IO one at 200 quid! I cant understand why they arnt available! its obviously POSSIBLE as you have the bluetooth audio ugly looking earpieces... so how hard can it be to get the audio from the earpiece to be streamed down a wire instead of using its own speaker?

please can someone find a bluetooth receiver to be used with car stereo? ANOTHER THING... some radios have these BUILT IN!
 
They are not cheap anywhere I'm afraid.
The other thing to condsider is whether your phone can push music out over BT because not all of them can.
Not all the head units that have bluetooth can take BT pushed music neither.
I have a Blackberry Bold and an unbranded US made car cd player/radio and those can do it. My other halfs HTC phone will work with the phone through it but cannot push music through it.
Its a minefield.
