I'm 24 female, I don't have fare skin my complexion is honey brown. I have never had prominent veins before. Within the last month or so I have notice flat blue veins all over my body but especially on my arms, chest, neck and legs. I have also been feeling fatigue, have had very bad headaches. I also at times feel short of breath and experience hot flashes where I begin to sweat and turn red and warm. My skin on my face sometimes feels sun burned even when I have not been exposed to the sun. Also I have experienced a redness and inflammation on my face and neck.
I have gone to the doctor's and was told I had an allergic reaction and was given steroid cream for the rash. It helped clear it but it comes and goes and all other symptoms have remained. I have scheduled another appointment with the doctor but feel they might not have an answer. I have had no changes lately besides eating healthier, working out more frequently. I have no known allergies and have never had these symptoms before. I have been under a lot of stress lately but am not sure if it is the cause for everything? Or if all symptoms can somehow be from one thing?
