blue tooth connections and media players?

my blue tooth connection seems o.k,except,it never recognized windows media player,and now wont,recognise real player,and fails to connect to my phone,it now also fails using Nicki music manager,seemed fine yesterday,any ideas thanks in hope of ending this frustrating dilemma.its a nokia 6300 and is paired correctly,ok for object push photo transfer
accesory blue sol.its only media player were it fails
 
make sure bluetooth is turned on, aftere this, if it doesn't work, see if you need a new driver. Is this built in or is it an accessory you put on your computer?
