blue gourami fish (confused)Help?

okay i got my fish about 2 months ago.
1 male and 1 female blue gourami.
And the male was chasing around the female about 3-4 days ago now the female is chasing the male around and poking at him.
and he just stay away from her.. but her belly is big well not to big but its has gotton bigger and i don't know if she is suppose to be big like that or if she is about to lay egg or whatever. i just need some help?? can any one help me?

there in a 10 gallon tank just to let people know i feed them a pinch of food a day and clean there tank every 2 weeks.
 
sounds like she's pregnant. if she really is, consider separating the female so she can lay her eggs. once the eggs have been laid, take the female back to the original tank and keep the eggs at a fairly warm temperature + heater and a light filter of some sort.
