Blue dots/blackened vision/nausea/'hot flash'. What happened to me this morning?

Alright, whatever happened to me this morning happened once before. On both occasions, I was very warm and had very little sleep. The first was a choir rehearsal a few years ago, I was eleven or twelve, in a crowded, hot room, early summer. The second was this morning, I had to get up briefly, I had the weird little episode and went back to bed.

First my vision goes weird, like the center of everything gets black and it's black around the edges. A grid of blue dots faded in and out and I felt a weird pressing feeling from my shoulders up. I was extremely nauseous, then the vision came back and I felt like a lot of blood came rushing to my upper half after I sat down, but then my hearing faded in and out, like everything sounded muffled. This morning, after it happened, I went upstairs for some water and the shoulder thing happened again, I sat down, and it went away, more cold sweat. I drank a lot of water, had a cold rinse off and went to bed.

Sorry for the lengthy description, but I have no idea what I felt and it's kind of concerning me. I generally do drink a lot of water as I'm pretty health conscious, but this most recent time, I've felt just a little queasy and light headed most of the day. I'm eating healthy and drinking plenty of water, but I can't fathom what's going on. I read about hot flashes, but there wasn't anything about darkened vision or blue dots. I'm a pretty healthy person, and I'll be seventeen in about a month. My mom is really worried and wants to take me in for some blood work soon, but I haven't been able to find any information on these symptoms. Any suggestions would be great, thanks so much.

That's mall nourishment, lack of sleep water food ETC.
Get a good rest, drink lots of water, and eat a fair share of healthy food. You'll be fine in no time. It's happened to me MANY times before.

It sounds like your blood pressure. I know that I have quite a low one and something similar happens if I stand too quickly after sitting down for a while. I live with it and I think a lot of others do too but it is something you should (if you feel frightened by it) ask your doctor about.
