Blue book value of 1983 Pontiac Boneville?

Kelly Blue Book only goes back to 1991 and I just purchased a 1983 Boneville and Im trying to find out how much the title transfer will be. Tried calling the County Tax Office but they are closed. The car is super basic, no power anything, no radio and cassette player doesn't work. The only good thing is the low mileage of 56,000. Does anyone know the blue book value of this car a guesstimate is fine. Needing to find out how much money to put back before I figure my other bills. We payed $500
