Blown fuses on a ford escort?

i had my car timed and all of a sudden my radio doesn't work, my right turn signal doesn't work(it doesn't blink, it just stays on), when i start my car it shuts right back off and my feature lights comes on at once and goes back off, you think i blown some fuses?
 
I had similar problems and when I called an auto electrician and described the symptoms he immediately asked " is it an escort "

It tuned out to be the fuse box and it cost about £180 to rectify.
 
well not hard to look at or pull them one at a time and look might take you ten minutes and good bet thats all you need 5 bucks at any parts store you can buy a set of mix fuses never hurts to have them in glove box anyways and for blinker check your flasher unit or turn on a nd walk a round car see if theres one not working means you got a blown bulb
