bloody snot

been blowing my nose and only my right nostril is producing bloody mucus. i blew my nose for litterally 5 minutes. and all of it was blood only from the right nostril. i've been sick for about 2 weeks now. with only a stuffy nose and a somewhat harsh cough. what is this? is there any way i can fix it without going to a doctor?
 
This happens to me quite often when I am dealing with allergies or a cold. I tend to get a dry nose quite often and lots of nose blowing will cause it to bleed, along with the mucus. Just keep an eye on it and make sure it does not get worse. Sometimes colds can last a while! Also, regularly check your temperature to make sure it stays normal.
