I just got my bloods back, it said my iron was high +34 (healthy range is +30) last year it was 16, the year before 30 .... and the doctor also said that my Folate was really high, but didn't say anything else, other than that disease where you have to have to blood tests, but he said all my other tests were absolutely fine so it may just be a once off ... is that possible to get a once off high result?

can I take it down naturally?
and what does high folate mean?
he didn't seem to be concerned about that ....

??? any thoughts - oh and my sugar was low.
sorry i should have said
healthy iron is 5.0 -30.0
mine is 34.4 (umol/L)

my saturation was also high

These results are all in the vitamin B12 area. This is what folates generally speaking are. Also your iron range isn't really bad at all. The norm being +30 means that everything above and around 30 is normal. I think your doctor is watching you for anemia of some kind. These results all point to this. As far as your blood sugar being low, how low and was you blood work fasting or not? What time of day was it taken also. Your blood sugar flucuates throughout the day depending on how long ago you ate. I hope this helps explain your results. Good luck and God Bless
