What side is the pain in? If it was your gallbladder, the pain would be located on YOUR right side under the ribs. To me, it sounds like acid reflux. Now, I am not a doctor or any perfectionest so please only take my answer as a helpful opinion. With gallbladder problems, you would have severe attacks which are very painful. With you saying that your pain doesnt hurt much, that automatically tells me that it is NOT your gallbladder. It sounds like acid reflux because 1) the heartburn is a common symptom in Acid Reflux 2) gas and burping can be associated with it 3) indigigestion is part of it. I do not know why you have nausea.
It would help if we had more information too:
-how long has this issue been happening?
-when do you notice the pain?
-what helps it go away?
-how long does it last?
To answer your question: NO, blood tests are not an option to see if you have gallbladder pain. A HIDA Scan or Ultrasound are the only options.
Most definitely, see your doctor as this could be signs of something serious. Good Luck with everything and get better soon! I hope I helped!!
