Blood tests are back.. can anyone decipher?

I felt extremely weak today, to a point where I was about to faint so I went to the hospital. They ran some tests.... here is my blood work. it basically said that I had a

very high level of :
neutrophil
chlorine
HBCM

and a low level of :
lymphocytes
Monocytes
Eosinophils
i'm a woman by the way..
